Hôtel des Rochers

The private patio and walk-in shower were both lovely. We had a fine stay, with a perfectly clean room and excellent front desk staff.

We stopped for lunch, and after seeing how lovely the place looked from outside, decided to book a room. Inside was even better, with a spotless, very nice room and warm, welcoming staff. Breakfast was good too. We wish we could have stayed longer, but we were heading for a ferry to the Channel Islands. The area is beautiful, with some of the most incredible places we've ever visited, and we were lucky to have two full days to explore. We'll definitely return, hopefully again and again. We stayed for 12 days in June 2023 to celebrate 60 years since my wife and I first met, and we couldn't have picked a better hotel. It overlooks a wonderful bay full of yachts and small cruisers. Our small suite was designed to feel like a luxurious ship's cabin, without the motion of a ship. The owners and staff went out of their way to make sure our holiday was enjoyable, and the service couldn't have been better. Meals were superb, and breakfast felt like a banquet, with staff attending to us as soon as we arrived. I'm retired now, but when I worked I traveled to France twice a month and spent around 1,500 nights in French hotels. I can honestly say this is probably the best hotel I've stayed in in France. Well done, hotel des Rochers! I'd like to return, though at around 80, we may not have enough time.

Our room at Hôtel Des Rochers had an outdoor patio overlooking the sea, and the room itself was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We stayed in October 2014 and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The location is beautiful, and our room faced the sea as well. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious. The staff were very helpful since our French isn't very good. I highly recommend staying here.
