The rooms were really comfortable, with a lovely bed, and the place was very hygienic. There’s a beautiful garden and terrace, plus a private lavender plantation and homemade jams and preserves. The hostess was friendly and hospitable, and knew a lot about the area. It’s also very centrally placed for exploring the prettiest parts of Provence.

We picked this place almost at random as a base for exploring the Luberon, and the Jade room at Madame LEGOT's in Perthuis turned out to be a lovely surprise. It was clean, simply and tastefully done, with the space used really well. Jocelyne LEGOT was also a friendly, attentive host. We'd happily come back.

The evening meal was good, and the place is good value for money. The house is quiet and pleasant, and the owner is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Breakfast was standard, though the bread wasn't fresh, which was a shame. Just remember to add the wine with dinner.
