The renovated room was in good shape, with comfortable bedding, and the hotel was quiet on a dead-end street opposite the tram. Handy for our one-night stay before taking our son to the airport at 3:30 am. I wish they’d told us when booking that underground parking was €5 a night.

The ventilation noise made it hard to sleep, and the beds didn’t help: both were tiny, with a small duvet and a very firm mattress. The kitchenette was missing basics, even a colander. The room itself was fairly clean, though I did find some packaging under the bed. Not comfortable for a week.

The neighborhood is calm, and the studios are so well insulated that we heard no showers, cars, elevators, or doors slamming. It’s an ideal spot if you’re accompanying someone to Haut-Lévêque University Hospital. The whole team was welcoming and helpful, and the cleanliness and service were incredible for the price. Hard to beat for value.

The whole arrival and parking process was a hassle. I came in the evening, and GPS brought me to the middle of several apartment blocks, where I couldn’t find the hotel. Reception said it was inside the complex. To get into the car park, I had to go to reception for my card to be scanned, then head back outside. From the car park, the elevator left me at a building exit with all my luggage, so I had to walk back to the hotel. They said they’d recently moved there and had no shuttle. Really disappointing.
