The students are really lucky to be there.

Living here is fairly decent, and it’s probably one of the best residences in Bordeaux/Pessac. The area is green, peaceful, and pleasant, while the residence itself is quiet and the other residents are unusually respectful for student housing. It’s also close to the university and shops, and under 30 minutes from the city center. The place is clean. Rent feels high for the mediocre facilities, and the beds aren’t very comfortable. Management is extremely slow to respond: if there’s a breakdown, leak, or other issue, you may end up fixing it yourself and waiting a while. Security is the main concern. The gate is often broken, and packages are frequently stolen from the mailboxes, so have deliveries sent to a pickup point.

The manager is friendly, available, and willing to help whenever needed. The rooms are spacious and bright, with what you need for both studying and relaxing. I’d recommend this residence to students looking for a pleasant, well-organized place to live.

The gym, shared kitchen, and pool table make it easy to spend time with other students. The apartments are nicely designed and suit student life well. Fanny, the manager, is kind, attentive, efficient, and always ready to help. I’d recommend the residence to future students.
