The welcome was warm, and everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well equipped. We love this place and think it deserves a four-star rating.

We booked at the last minute while visiting the caves and were really pleased with this hotel. The family welcome was lovely, breakfast generous, and everything clean. It's well placed for Lourdes and the Betharram caves, and the private parking is a real bonus. We'd highly recommend it. Marie and William from the Var region.

The woman who welcomed us was very kind. The place is handy for visiting Lourdes, with a river view and some distance from the chaos. Our room was simple but very clean, and we were able to cook dinner in the kitchen. Highly recommended.

This was our second stay, and Danielle's service was excellent again. The room was basic but very clean. Breakfast was plentiful, with homemade pastries included.

We booked at the last minute and Danièle and her husband gave us a really warm welcome. Our rooms were simple, clean, and practical, with good value for money. We had a quadruple room split into two sections, which made it possible to separate the children, perfect. There’s also lots to do nearby beyond the sanctuary.
