Lake House St Pee Sur Nivelle

The kitchen is small, but it had everything we needed to cook. We stayed three days and were delighted with the place. The renovated room was well maintained, and the bed was large and comfortable. We did have a little trouble finding it, since there was no sign on the door to show it was the house.

The room gets quite damp and has no window. The apartment itself is fine, clean enough and in a good location, though a bit small. For stays over two days, the kitchen is pretty tight for storing things and there aren’t enough utensils. The owner was very attentive.

We used the apartment as a base to explore the area, and everything was about half an hour away. It’s the lower level of a private villa, with parking right outside and the lake beach a 10-minute walk away. The photos don’t make the room types very clear. There are two apartments, and B looks more attractive than A. We were given A, which suited us since we wanted something clean and practical. The room was comfortable, the bathroom very small but clean, and the kitchen very small but comfortable.

It was very clean and well placed for the sights we’d planned to see. The owner made us feel incredibly welcome, and we’d gladly come back if we get the chance.
