The covered pool sits in a warm, conservatory-like space, which was lovely even with poor weather outside. We also enjoyed the homemade yogurt and fresh bread at breakfast, and our welcoming host did her best to meet our requests.

Even though we got there late, the owner welcomed us without any fuss. She was lovely, made fresh pancakes for the simple but tasty breakfast, and gave us ideas for places to visit. Our clean, pleasant room was on the first floor of the mansion's annex. The Wi-Fi was only so-so, though that didn't bother us much since we were exhausted.

The owners were so friendly and put real effort into making sure we were happy during our stay. Breakfast was very good, and the accommodation itself was excellent. They also have dogs to stay. We'd happily come back and would strongly recommend the place.
