Maison de la Vallée

Les Hortensias is a rustic cottage and a real peaceful retreat. We could relax in complete privacy, with unlimited access to the wellness area, which felt like a real luxury. Francis and Françoise were kind and welcoming hosts. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return.

The cottage has everything for a cozy weekend away for two: a quality jacuzzi, massage table and sauna. We had a perfect, blissful time reconnecting as a couple. Francis gave us an incredibly warm welcome even though we arrived late, and the welcome drink waiting in the fridge was a lovely touch. Françoise was very friendly too. We spent a wonderful weekend in the Hortensia cottage and will happily come back. We'd recommend the place for the cottage, and especially for how warmly we were welcomed. Don't hesitate! The wellness area is definitely worth discovering, and we chose the romantic breakfast, which was a lovely relaxing moment. Françoise made excellent breakfasts, and Francis shared great tips for exploring the region and its rich history. We spent four very pleasant days with them in a beautiful house decorated with care. The private-use option for the well-equipped wellness area was a great feature and gave us real peace and quiet. We had a lovely stay at Francis and Françoise's. They were extremely kind, and the rooms are tastefully decorated. Highly recommended.
