Yelloh Village L'Océan Breton

We stayed at the end of August 2025. The pools were great, and the areas around them were clean, though the shared changing and toilet area could use more attention. Our lodge was clean, with a nicely kept area around it, and was pretty standard for a Yelloh or Eurocamp-style place. Arriving late was easy, even after reception had closed, since check-in was straightforward. The main downside was the noise at night. You can hear your neighbours as if they’re inside your lodge, and after evening entertainment let out around 11, people kept talking, walking around and finishing drinks until after midnight. It was noisy most nights, with lots of shouting, so this wasn’t a quiet stay, though that’s common at campsites like this. I wish the entertainment had ended at 10:30. The shop has very little, but there’s a U supermarket about five minutes away by car or a 20-minute walk, so that wasn’t a problem. It’s a good campsite and we’d recommend it. We’re looking forward to a peaceful night’s sleep now.

Our son, his wife and our two grandchildren stayed in a lovely Lodge and especially enjoyed the pool areas and other facilities for children. My wife and I are retired, and we stayed in the beautiful Manor.

The kids had plenty to do and especially enjoyed the pool and water slides. The campsite was clean and safe, though it could do with more supervision when it’s busy. Staff were very friendly and always ready to help. It’s about two hours from Roscoff port, and the lovely little fishing village of Lesconil is just a few minutes away by car or a short bike ride. We had a great holiday.

The site itself is clean and beautiful, and the pool is amazing, though it was very cold this year for some reason. The place is stunning, but it feels very French and isn’t really set up for English-speaking or Dutch visitors, even though most of the campsite guests over the last two years were Irish, English, Dutch and French. The entertainment was all in French, so we couldn’t join in. The food was good quality, but the snack bar service was very slow this year. It was fine last year. The park is a great addition, but it was built right across from our pitch, 134, where it wasn’t last year. The noise at night was crazy, and all the screaming made it really hard to sleep or get my 8-year-old to sleep.
