The restaurant alone makes this place worth the trip. The food was several classes above what you might stumble across without a recommendation or a reservation. Service was personal, helpful, friendly, patient, and attentive. The hotel sits in a large, secluded, mature garden, conveniently close to the motorway and about halfway to Provence, Var, and Nice. The rooms are large, comfortable, and well equipped.

This is the hotel to pick if you’re travelling with dogs. It may be the most dog-friendly hotel in France. The rooms were spacious, with plenty of room even for our two big dogs, and there are tracks nearby for dog walks. The Chateau has an excellent restaurant and probably the most generous breakfast you’ll ever see. Service was excellent too, and they did everything to make the stay relaxing. I’ll definitely visit again if I’m in the area.

The value was exceptionally good, and the meal was magnificent. The owner’s husband is the chef, while she gave us the best customer service we’ve ever had. We’re so glad we stopped at L'Oree du Chateau on our way back from the Cote D'Azur. The hotel was charming and had everything we needed. Go and enjoy it.

Dinner was lovely, and breakfast was wonderful too. The hotel itself was great, with perfect service. She put so much energy into looking after everyone. There’s parking behind a closed gate.
