Anne and Dé-dé were wonderful hosts, multilingual and quick to help whenever we needed something. The bungalow was rustic but had everything we wanted, with a lovely view over the sea and sunset. The north of Basse-Terre was easy to explore from this spot. We stayed five nights at Kaz Anne at the start of our Guadeloupe trip and had a fantastic time. At our request, they prepared a delicious coconut curry for our first dinner. They also made breakfast the next morning and ate with us, and we had a great conversation. Highly recommend!

The location made it easy to explore Basse-Terre, and the apartment with the mezzanine felt like home during our four nights in Kazanne. Anne and Dédé were so helpful, and breakfast was excellent, especially the fantastic eggs Dédé made. Thanks again for such warm hospitality. I’d happily recommend staying here.

We loved the breakfasts around the communal table, and the sunsets from the pool and terrace were incredible. The bungalow was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with a magnificent view of the sea and Basse-Terre. It’s ideally placed for exploring the island without driving too far. Anne and Dédé are wonderful hosts. Pure bliss, and we’ll be back.
