The host was very friendly and made us feel welcome. She clearly cares about the city and the apartments. Getting around was easy, with a 12-minute uphill walk to the city centre or five minutes to the main station, plus plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. The apartment was excellent value for money and spotlessly clean. It isn't very big, and the bedroom is small, but it was cosy and we slept really well. The kitchen had plenty of plates, glasses, and cutlery, the bathroom had lots of toiletries, and we loved the fish tank in the living room.

The apartment was neat and very comfortable, and convenient for the railway station as well as everything Poitiers has to offer. Veronique, the owner, was friendly and helpful with information. The weather was very hot, and she kindly brought us a fan. We'd certainly stay here again on another visit.

I stayed in these apartments regularly while doing my training. They were always spotless, and the owner was kind and attentive to what I needed. It's close to the train station, the city centre, and the IRTS (Regional Institute for Social Work), with Futuroscope also quick to reach by car. I highly recommend it.

Véronique, the hostess, gave us such a warm, attentive welcome, thank you! The apartment was impeccably maintained and had everything we needed. We could get around without a car, since it is close to the train station and city centre, and easily explore the wonders of Poitiers on foot. Highly recommend it!
