Clos du Moulin was a perfect stop on our way south. The house is an easy walk from Poitiers, and our room was quiet with a very comfortable bed. Everything was spotless, and the decor was lovely, with all the things we needed. Phillipe made us feel welcome and shared useful information. His attention to detail really shows, even at breakfast in the garden, where he told us about the food, including his homemade conserves.

Clos des Moulins feels like a real haven in the middle of Poitiers. Philippe clearly cares about giving guests a great stay, with thoughtful details and sustainability in mind. The rooms are tastefully done, spotless, and everything works. I can’t recommend it enough.

We had a lovely two-night stay at Clos des Moulins, and I’d happily return. The room was spacious, beautifully kept, and very clean, while Philippe made sure we had everything we needed and welcomed us so warmly. The location was just right, peaceful but only a short, scenic walk across the river to the city center. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and nicely presented, just as promised. You could tell a lot of care had gone into all the little details. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Poitiers.

Philippe was charming and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. The place has a warm, inviting feel, and the decor shows real attention to detail. We slept wonderfully in a very comfortable bed, and the bathroom looked elegant and had modern amenities. Breakfast was the best, with a spread to suit every taste. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation if you’re after a top-notch stay.

The fresh, local breakfast was easily my favorite part. Philippe was great at communicating, offered lots of helpful recommendations, and it was really pleasant talking with you during our stay. I felt at home right away in this charming place. I also loved the little garden and hearing about it. Highly recommend!
