The restaurant food was amazing and the service was always good. It's such a peaceful, beautiful place, and the indoor pool was great in winter. I wish I could've stayed longer, and I'll definitely come back when I'm in the area.

The views from the room and grounds were storybook beautiful. We first stopped here by chance on our way to the Alps, liked it so much that we changed our plans on the return trip to Paris and stayed again. Staff were very lovely and accommodating with our family, and breakfast and dinner were great on both stays.

The garden is pretty, and the beds are large with excellent mattresses. Our room was above a common area, so smoke from other guests came in at night. The building is also close to a busy road, which meant we had to sleep with the windows shut.

The family room was nice, and the service was good. Rooms are clean and cosy. A quiet place to get away from the city's hustle and bustle, especially if you love nature.

The sound of the river running by made this lovely, relaxing place even more peaceful. We liked the room and garden, and the restaurant has lovely views. But the choices were limited, mostly salads, so we walked into the village for dinner. A perfect getaway otherwise.
