We came in for lunch after the place caught our eye. The food was delicious, and the staff were so friendly. Thanks for a lovely meal.

After walking up and down hills on a hot August day, we stopped around 16:22 hoping for food and a cold drink. We waited ten minutes before being told there was no food, perhaps we'd come too early. We ordered a cola and a beer, then went across the road. The central location was fine for watching the traffic, though coming from Norway, I'm used to restaurants being glad when people spend money.

We just wanted to sit down for a drink, but were rudely told it was a restaurant, not a bar. It made for a very unpleasant visit. Luckily, there are friendlier places nearby.

Fine for coffee, a glass of wine, or ice cream. The dinner I ordered, though, was inedible.

We really enjoyed the food, especially the choice of salads, which were all well made and delicious. Service was quick, friendly, and professional. Our stay was good value too: room #2 was brand-new, roomy, and comfortable. A lovely place to eat and stay.
