I've tried to book through vivabox twice, and each time there's been another excuse. First, they said there was no vacancy even though their website showed availability. Now they're claiming they're closed on Sunday, while their site clearly says they are open. I wasn't told about the latest excuse, that there's apparently a wedding. You haven't explained anything, so don't act smug or try to justify this poor treatment of potential clients. I've said before, don't treat me like I'm stupid. You should be ashamed of how you treat people.

If you're using a smartbox, avoid booking here. After a lot of back and forth, I was told there were no weekend dates until October, even though those same dates appeared available by phone and online.
