Pont-Aven is within walking distance, with plenty of places to visit nearby. The apartment was spacious and very clean, and the building was quiet, with a large parking lot. There are elevators even though it's only one floor, which is handy for anyone who has trouble with stairs. The staff were incredibly welcoming and really went out of their way to make us happy. I recommend this place 200 percent!

This is my second time here. The location is ideal, with two hiking trails leading to Pont-Aven town center in about a 15-minute walk, and a fitness trail just 100 meters away. The buildings are well insulated, so I wasn't uncomfortable during the heatwave.

The studio was lovely, clean, and functional, and the residence was beautiful and well located. Staff were friendly and attentive, and thanks for the recommendations for places to visit. We went to them all and don't regret it. There's secure parking, plus a short woodland walk nearby with hiking trails if you have a dog. Fantastic place, highly recommended!

The welcome was warm and friendly, and the apartment was clean, roomy, and comfortable. There’s a lovely place to relax, too. The residence is peaceful and beautiful, just outside Pont-Aven, a charming, typical village.
