Le Musée de l'Eau

The view is great, and the restaurant is clean. Staff kept the seating organized without being intrusive, and they were friendly and attentive, bringing fresh water when our bottle was nearly empty. The food was full of flavor, beautifully put together and presented, and tasted impeccable. One of the best restaurants I’ve ever visited. Five stars all the way!

The terrace looks out at the suspended houses, and even in winter the tables by the windows have a nice river view if you’d rather sit somewhere cosy indoors. The daily menu is €13, and on weekends there’s a menu with a starter, main and dessert for just €20. They cook with local ingredients, and the food is great quality for such an affordable price. Friendly service with a smile!

The hotel’s in a fantastic spot, the staff are friendly, and the restaurant food is excellent. But the rooms need work. The bed I slept in was the squeakiest ever, the walls were paper thin, and I could hear the neighbours moving in bed. The place also felt a bit neglected, much like the museum.

We got the menu, which came with fantastic cheese and desserts, and the meal was great value for its quality. The food was delicious and the staff were super friendly. A really good restaurant with a view of the river!
