Demeure de La Vendemiere

The meals were a highlight of our three-night full-board stay in the Superior Suite at La Demeure de la Vendemière. Lunch, dinner, and breakfast were lovingly made from fresh local ingredients, all homemade by the couple’s son, a very talented young chef. Bruno, Viviane, and their son were such delightful hosts, with a real feel for hospitality. The suite was elegant and tasteful, with a cozy, comfortable bed and mattress. The garden was beautifully kept, and the setting was peaceful and magnificent. Thank you all three for such lovely time in Brittany at your home. Wishing you continued success and all the best. The hosts’ kindness and attentiveness stood out, and they were always ready with useful information and good addresses to make our stay pleasant. Set deep in the Côtes d'Armor countryside, this unusual guesthouse is a peaceful place to unwind. Being woken by ducks, ganders, peacocks, chickens, and other animals is part of the experience. Mr. Maître knows the region inside out and gave us helpful ideas for places to visit. The meals are homemade, and the garden is a masterpiece. The hosts are incredibly friendly while still being discreet. The house is quite remote in the countryside, though Guingan is only 25 minutes away. You won’t be disappointed. I highly recommend this beautiful place.
