We found a woman's earring beneath the sheets, which made us wonder whether they had been changed. The bathroom also had grime and dirt from moisture around the floor edges, and both rooms we were assigned, as well as the hallways, had an unpleasant smell. Our first two nights passed without the room being cleaned. We called reception the next morning and were told it would be taken care of, but it wasn't. When we asked for fresh towels, they said they had only one clean one for the two of us. There were problems with the room assignment from the start. At check-in, the staff member called a different room an upgrade because it had a larger bed, though it was plainly worse than the one we'd booked. When we showed her our booking, she pointed to the room we'd reserved and said, condescendingly, “oh, you want this room”. Yes, that's what we paid for. After we finally got the booked room, its light wouldn't come on. Reception asked whether I'd tried the switch; the keycard switch was broken, and a staff member told me to push the card in hard each time because of the fault. The place felt dirty and badly run. I'd strongly advise choosing another hotel.

The apartment was clean and really comfortable, and I had a wonderful stay at the apparthotel. The hostess with the curls was so kind and attentive. Her colleague in the morning, the lightskin lady, welcomed us with a big smile and genuine warmth. Thanks to them both, their service really made a difference. I highly recommend the place. 😊

My friend and I had booked two rooms, with my friend listed as the primary guest and me as the secondary guest. Even though my name was on the booking, reception wouldn't let me into my room without the primary guest. I explained that my friend would arrive late, but they still refused access. I had to wait until 11 pm to get in.

We spent nine nights in room 205, and from the first day the stay was a disappointment. The A/C wasn't cooling the room. Reception was rude and dismissive when we reported it, saying they “can’t do anything” and that we should wait until the next morning to speak with the manager. They made it seem as if the problem was ours. The room became unbearably hot, so we couldn't sleep at night. Paying for a long stay and being left uncomfortable like that was frustrating. The poor service and lack of professionalism continued to bother us the whole time. Definitely not recommended.
