The rooms were clean and comfortable, though they looked a little tired. The bathroom especially could use a refurb. We had a great meal in the restaurant, and the hotel was easy to find and close to the motorway. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Our triple superior room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Breakfast was a very good buffet at 14 euros each, and the staff serving it were friendly and efficient. At checkout, a young woman was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and spoke perfect English. The area around the hotel was run-down, with hardly any local amenities or restaurants. We had planned to eat at the hotel restaurant and booked a table, but the menu was extremely limited and unusual, mostly raw fish and meat, and not cheap. Seeing the Faxu Fillet listed at 25 euros sent us to a nearby pizzeria instead. Check-in was difficult. The woman couldn't find our booking and even questioned whether we'd booked. She also had no record of our request for a table for three at 7.15, and reluctantly offered 7.45, saying the restaurant was very busy at 7.30. We had trouble getting on the wi-fi; she said there was no code, then made one up that didn't work. Luckily, a colleague arrived who knew the answer. We stay at Logis Hotels several times a year and often return to them, but we'd think twice about coming back here.
