We were welcomed by friendly staff, but the first accommodation was a huge disappointment. It looked like an abandoned squat and seemed to be falling apart. The sliding patio door had signs of several attempted break-ins and wouldn't latch properly. We asked to move, and the staff were very helpful about it. The second apartment felt much more homely, was better furnished, and had comfortable sun loungers and a beautiful beach view. It was still dated and didn't look like the advertised pictures. There was no hand soap, which seems standard in most places and felt a bit stingy. Your experience will depend on which accommodation you get, as they vary a lot.
