Hotel Costa Rossa

The pool was lovely, with plenty of space, and the infinity edge looks out over the woods. What a setting. The location and the sea and mountain views were wonderful from our top-floor stay. The young woman at reception was very helpful when we needed to switch from the panorama flat we’d booked to a three-bedroom flat. Thank you! The room was an okay size, and I loved the kitchenette. There’s real potential for this place to feel more upscale with a bit of attention. The kitchenette needs better equipment, including a clean boiler and a toaster. I asked for a boiler and had to clean it myself because it was extremely filthy. The room cleaning could be better too. The whole building needs some attention, a fresh coat of paint and a really good clean would do wonders. There’s no shower by the pool, which is a little disgusting. Even so, the good points outweighed the bad, so we recommend the place. The little town is wonderful and worth visiting, with great hikes and the chance to take sea trips.

We were a family of five traveling around Corsica, and this was an amazing stay. The area isn’t crowded with hotels and houses, and lots of local people live nearby, so it doesn’t feel like a place full of tourists. There’s a beautiful beach not too far away, plus several restaurants and stores. At the hotel, we had large, clean rooms, good service, and a pool facing a small forest where we could hear birds and wildlife. Everything was great at Hotel et Residence Costa Rossa.

The rooms were nice, and the staff were very helpful, even though they only spoke French. The pool wasn’t the best: the water was too warm and some of the edges were broken.

The owner was aggressive and wouldn’t let guests spend the day in the hotel’s shared area with the sofa and chairs. The pool was dirty, and breakfast was meager. The worst hotel in the whole area.
