We had some lovely conversations with Sylvie, who clearly takes great pleasure in hosting. The welcome was so generous, and both breakfast and meals included seasonal, artisanal, or homemade food. The house itself is magnificent, with thoughtful, tasteful decor that’s hard not to love. There’s also a large accessible room planned for training or events, which will be a great addition. We can’t wait to come back in summer and enjoy the pool.

We came to Clos de Mara for massage training, and the whole stay felt like stepping out of time. Sylvie welcomed us so warmly, and her cooking was delicious. It’s a lovely family home, kept with care and real taste. Sylvie is such an authentic person, and that really comes through in the character of this wonderful Clos.

The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the hostess was warm and attentive. This authentic home, set in the heart of the Lauragais countryside, feels like a peaceful escape. The decor is done with great taste. Definitely a place worth discovering.

We found this place by surprise during the heatwave, and it turned out to be exactly what we needed. It was such a peaceful spot that we decided to extend our stay. Sylvie and Monique are lovely, and breakfast was delicious. We’ll be back!

The homemade breakfast treats Sylvie served us came in a nice variety, and the breakfast was excellent. It’s a beautiful, relaxing place with tasteful decor and very welcoming hosts. One of those addresses worth keeping.
