The breakfast buffet had an excellent range of fresh, high-quality food, and our spacious, modern room was thoughtfully laid out. Le Domaine des Vanneaux Golf & Spa – MGallery Collection is set among lovely greenery beside a beautiful golf course. The grounds were quiet and very well kept, making it a great place for a peaceful break close to nature. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location is very remote, and taxis cost unbelievably much. The hotel is very expensive, but what you get in return is poor quality service. Staff were discourteous and didn’t deal properly with our concerns. Drinking water wasn’t available, restaurant service was poor, and the wait was long. I strongly recommend not choosing this badly managed hotel at any cost.

The forest-facing terraces were spacious and made it easy to enjoy the quiet, and the outdoor pool was a blessing because it was well heated. The natural setting and generous, high-quality breakfast made the stay feel especially relaxing. Every part of the place, from the surroundings to the service, seemed carefully thought through. I often pick MGallery hotels when travelling around Europe for their comfort and distinctive charm, though the quality varies between locations. Le Domaine des Vanneaux was one of my best MGallery stays, truly exceptional. For anyone wanting a refined, peaceful retreat with some originality, this is a great choice.

After we checked out, we called and emailed the hotel to arrange the return of my iPhone charger, which I’d accidentally left plugged into the wall in my room. They said no staff member had handed it in. That was deeply disappointing and tells you plenty about the staff. We’ve stayed and dined there over the past few years, but now we don’t plan to return. Replacing the charger and cable will cost me 70 euro.

No water, no Uber, no service, and awful food. Travelling with kids here was nothing short of torture. The breakfast, stay, and location are the worst in Paris.
