The best stop on our e-MTB ride between Ardèche and Lozère. Friendly atmosphere, good humor, and good food, though it may not suit fussy people. Thanks to Mr. Serge Chiffe, and to the couple who forgot the thermos.

We ate well, and breakfast was delicious too. The owner is very friendly, and I understand he used to run a restaurant. It's a traditional pub in an old building, with its own charms and flaws. Excellent.
We had a wonderful evening with Serge, full of warmth and sharing. He's an exceptional person, and the food was generous and delicious. If you want authenticity, come see him. If you're after a sterile atmosphere and everything spotless, this probably isn't your place. I can't wait to stop by again next year. Magali
Serge Chiffe's porcini mushroom omelet is as captivating as the place itself. The local draft beer was a real delight, and I haven't found anything like it elsewhere. A unique spot, a pearl of the Cévennes. See you soon at Serge Chiffe's ;-)
We stayed on half-board and had a magical evening. The premises at the Régourdier are a little dated, but clean, and Serge Chiff's welcome was exceptional. The raw vegetable and local charcuterie starter had almost filled us up already, then he served an excellent leg of lamb, among the best we've tasted. What an experience. Thanks, Serge. Take care of your knees, and keep looking after your guests the way you did us.
