The host was friendly, available, and gave us helpful advice. The residence has its own parking, which is a plus, though the lot is rather small. Everyone needs to stick to their assigned space or things get difficult. Our room was comfortable, with a very good bed and a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was good too, with a variety of local products including Corsican charcuterie and cheeses.

Casa Santa Giulia feels different from a typical guesthouse. You get your own room, set up much like a hotel room, rather than staying in a host family's home. It has reversible air conditioning for cooler evenings, a private bathroom and separate toilet, a TV, and a minibar with alcoholic drinks available on request. The meals are a real highlight. Breakfast is a generous buffet with cheeses and charcuterie, homemade cake, fruit and juices, coffee, butter, jams, and eggs made to order. The set dinner menu, with homemade starter, main course, and dessert, was a treat too. The welcome is warm, and the hosts clearly know the hospitality business. For me, it's on a par with a four-star hotel, so I’m giving it five stars.

Breakfast and dinner were delicious, made with high-quality local ingredients, and we really enjoyed our family time here. We stayed at Casa Santa Giulia last August with our two boys, and Christophe and Myriam made us feel very welcome. They were friendly, attentive, and warm throughout. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with lovely decor. The guesthouse is in a peaceful spot but still close to Propriano's center and the beaches. We hope to come back soon.

The terrace and pool were a lovely place to unwind, and breakfast included Corsican specialties. Christophe and his family gave us a very warm welcome. The rooms are modern and charming, and everything was impeccably clean. I’d happily recommend this place for a visit to the Isle of Beauty.

The view is gorgeous, especially at sunset each evening, which made our stay feel special. We also loved taking it easy by the pool and playing pétanque. The place is beautifully decorated, and the bedding made for a very comfortable stay at Christophe and his wife's. Breakfast was a treat, with fresh homemade products. We highly recommend it! The Picards 😉
