Our group of three was very comfortable. The rooms are furnished beautifully with French antiques, and the beds had lovely, luxurious linens. When we arrived, our kind host gave us a personal tour of the rooms. Great location too. We highly recommend it.

The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the owners were lovely, and the rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Amazing location for a stay in Provins. Highly recommended.

Madame Hubert gave us such a warm welcome. It's an exceptional place, and the house is beautifully decorated. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

I couldn't understand how this accommodation got such a high rating. I've seen local guides and friends posting reviews, so be wary of these questionable practices. The cost is way out of proportion to the quality. The room, called a loft in the listing, is large and has every comfort, but it's crammed with antiques and the bed is worn out. The place left me feeling rather oppressed. Luckily, our stay in Provins didn't foreshadow the rest of our vacation. The hostess was helpful in finding us a spot along the street, and I was glad we could keep our bikes inside. Parking on the street is free, but there is no parking. Critical reviews aren't welcome. You'll get a call, a scolding, and be directed to an Ibis hotel. I'd suggest the hostess try some places in her own price range so she knows what she's talking about.
