What made our stay unforgettable was Erwan. From our arrival through dinner and breakfast the next morning, he was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. He went above and beyond and made us feel like friends welcomed into a home. The hospitality was outstanding. We stayed in Room 502, Chambre Mésange. It felt grand and luxurious, with huge windows that opened to fresh air and views of the grounds. The furnishings were elegant, the linens exceptional, and every detail showed how carefully the property is maintained. The manor itself is stunning, with several sitting rooms, a billiards room, and a magnificent family-style dining room. It made us imagine how lovely the place would be for an intimate wedding, family gathering, executive retreat, or business meeting. The grounds are peaceful, charming, and beautifully kept, a breathtaking setting for a special event. Maison Le Parc feels like staying in a beautifully restored private manor, rather than a guest house. It combines modern comforts with the elegance, character, and charm of its history. From the moment we arrived through the gated entrance, we knew it was special. It was easily one of the most memorable stays of our four weeks in Europe. Maison Le Parc is associated with Aux Vieux Remparts, a short walk away. Dinner at the restaurant was outstanding, with beautifully prepared, flavourful dishes that showed the quality you'd hope for in French cuisine. Breakfast the next morning was served in the manor. We were the only guests staying there that night, but staff still laid out a generous spread. Nothing was missing, and no corners had been cut. Their attention to detail and hospitality were remarkable. Maison Le Parc brings together luxury, history, charm, comfort, and wonderful hospitality. We'd return without hesitation and recommend it to anyone visiting Provins. It's a special place that leaves lasting memories.
