Villa Luberon&Spa

There was no welcome at all. For an extra €15, the supposedly romantic room had a few artificial white rose petals and candles that weren't lit. The room was filthy: cobwebs everywhere, dead flies on the floor, windows and mirrors barely cleaned, mold throughout the shower, and drains and ventilation that looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in ages. The flower bouquets were cheap, though they cost €50 and were barely worth €20 at Lidl. Dinner for two was €70, and they served frozen toast. There was no bottled water, towels, or tissues. Breakfast was very limited, with only processed food in dirty containers, a broken tray, a filthy coffee machine, and a dirty fridge. The jacuzzi and sauna area was just as dirty, with a horrible chlorine smell, more cobwebs, and mold. The stairs to the jacuzzi were disgusting and unusable. We were extremely disappointed. It was our first romantic weekend away, and we paid €495 for an expensive room with all the amenities. Very expensive, avoid this place! It's dishonest. I didn't believe the photos on the website.

The one letdown was breakfast; fresh products would have been appreciated. We spent a night in the Dreamcatcher villa, a magnificent setting with an indoor pool and jacuzzi. The accommodation was clean, nicely decorated, and just right for relaxing.

The owner welcomed us and explained everything we needed to know. We spent Valentine's Day in the Dreamcatcher suite, where the decor was lovely and the bed very comfortable. The pool and sauna were great. I highly recommend it!

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The Dreamcatcher Suite was beautifully decorated with high-quality materials, and the bedding was comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were pure bliss for relaxing. A magical break in an exceptional setting, an address to remember and recommend.
