Chambres d’Hôtes Horizons Verts

The generous, delicious breakfast is something we'll remember. We were also grateful that the owners kindly took us to the lake. We stayed at Horizons Vert while walking the Cathar Trail and were really impressed by their kindness and eco-friendly approach. Highly recommended.

The cabin made for a lovely three-night stay. Comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed, it has a kitchenette and a swimming pool, all in a beautiful region. I found it inspiring and highly recommend it.

Our hosts, Peter and Ruth, were wonderfully warm: discreet, attentive, and always helpful. The cottage sits just outside the village on a large, wild property where cats and chickens wander freely. We stayed in the Luna tent, which was spacious, clean, and well equipped with an outlet, blankets and pillows, a bedside lamp, and a flashlight. The shower and toilet are a few dozen metres away. They're basic, but work very well. There's also a pool with sun loungers, parasols, and a fully equipped kitchenette nearby. We highly recommend the place.

We were only there for a night, but our hosts' warm welcome and excellent service really moved me. Horizons Verts has a rare, precious atmosphere.
