Château De La Bribourdière

We were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, who was very pleasant and available if we needed anything. Room 10 was lovely and snug, with superb bedding and excellent carpeting, and the castle interior and grounds felt warm and welcoming. We stayed Wednesday, December 24th, and were delighted to find such a magical place open at that time of year. Breakfast was a little disappointing, especially at around fifteen euros, as we’d hoped for an incredible experience from start to finish. Breakfast feels like the perfect end to a night’s stay, so we’re particular about it. Still, we won’t dwell on this minor issue. Maybe it was just an off day during the off-season, and not representative of breakfasts the rest of the year.

We booked rooms from Friday to Sunday, and that turned out to be a great decision. After an intense weekend, we left feeling rested. Everyone we know who was able to stay at the estate gave us exceptional feedback, and we’ll definitely return to the hotel section. We got married on October 18th, and the autumn colors in the gardens made for a setting we won’t forget. The château, rooms, and reception hall were impeccable, modern, refined, and spacious. Clément was attentive and available for every need throughout the planning and the whole weekend. A huge thank you!

Clément’s hospitality made our stay memorable. He was attentive and available throughout, and a huge thank you to him. We’d gathered 16 of us at Château de la Bribourdière for a family event, and the elegant setting and comfortable facilities added to the magic of the place.

The estate is rustic, with a beautiful castle steeped in history. It’s also a wonderful base for exploring the surrounding area. The place is truly unique and beautiful, and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended.
