Gaëlle, thank you for such a lovely family stay. We hope we get the chance to come back someday. Everything was just right, from the welcome and the setting to the rooms and all the helpful advice. And the breakfasts were enormous, completely homemade, and absolutely fantastic. It’s the kind of place you almost want to keep to yourself.

What a warm welcome from our two hosts, and such generosity with the local products. The peaceful pool, idyllic setting, and spacious rooms made the stay even better. Gaëlle is a wonderful pastry chef, and the breakfasts seemed endless. Food kept arriving as I tried to finish it, until I finally had to admit defeat and Gaëlle had won. When we arrived Friday, I expected the charcuterie and cheese platter Gaëlle and her husband had prepared to be a nice treat after a first night on the road. I hadn’t expected the whole table to be lined with excellent charcuterie, with superb cheeses and equally delicious wines alongside it. I’ve decided I want some Gaillac in my cellar. You’re also an excellent sommelier 😋 Thank you.

The breakfast was amazing, and we loved the pool and the nature all around this gîte. The location is ideal. It was perfect, and we had a wonderful stay.

Gaëlle made sure we had everything we needed and was a fantastic host. Every morning she served a varied, delicious breakfast with fresh homemade food and pastries, always with a smile, and we really valued her many suggestions for exploring the area. We spent five nights as a family in the spacious, tastefully decorated Albi and Castelnau rooms. The house is in a very quiet spot with views of the hills and a forest. The beautiful new pool was a real bonus in the very hot weather. A great place to stay in the Tarn region.
