The breakfasts are generous, with no holding back on portions. It’s a lovely B&B too, run by the kind, colourful Lisanne Ashton.

Lisanne gave us such a warm welcome, and breakfast brought something different each morning: three generous, varied surprises over our three days. She even made us a savory breakfast when we asked. My daughter, son-in-law, and I stayed in the Romantic and Rustic rooms. Both had plenty of space, were comfortable and full of charm, with an original feel. The whole place is peaceful and unusual, just right for recharging. We had a wonderful, unforgettable stay, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone after a truly exotic experience.

The house has a lot of age to it, and the furniture is beautiful. We loved the decor, the service, and how well communication was handled. The bathrooms were clean and lovely, and breakfast was spectacular. Thank you so much!

Breakfast was exceptional, and the hostess was charming and very generous. The old house is beautiful, furnished with great taste, and our room had very elegant decor. There’s also a garden with a sun lounger. An address I’d recommend without reservation.
