The owner has lovingly brought this magnificent guest house back to life, and it’s beautifully furnished, clean and cozy. She’s warm, caring and professional. Right in the centre of Quillan, it’s easy to walk everywhere. Continental breakfast is included, and you can request home-cooked meals for an extra charge. Small events are possible too. Don’t hesitate to book, you’ll have a lovely stay.

La Casalys made our two-week romantic holiday wonderful. Parking in old villages can be tricky, but we found an easy spot for our rental car less than a block away. Quillan is also a great base for day trips around Cathar Country and for cycling. We barely scratched the surface of what we want to see and do, even after two weeks, and we’re already planning a return. We’ll definitely stay at La Casalys again. The house is breathtaking, dating from the 1600s and lovingly restored, with modern touches where they matter, like the excellent bathroom and shower. High ceilings, original moldings and ornate plasterwork sit beautifully with the furniture and accessories. It’s right in the old village centre, with everything just outside the door. The rooms were clean, cozy and beautiful. Bibiana was a fabulous hostess who made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was included, and the home-cooked dinners we booked were outstanding and reasonably priced.

I haven’t stayed here yet, but this family-run B&B was on the British TV show 'Life in the sun' today, and it looked stunning. The owners speak good English because they came from here, and it seems they make everything from scratch, including the baking and cooking. It also looks like they offer a full English breakfast if you want one. A beautifully renovated old town house in a quaint little village. Now I want to go!

We loved the courtyard breakfast and had a fantastic dinner in the atrium. La Casalys has just been renovated, and the building looks stunning. Our room was roomy and very comfortable, and Bibiana was a perfect host. It was great value for money, too. We’re due back in Quillan in December and will definitely book here again. Thanks for such a lovely two-night stay.

The mountain scenery around here is beautiful, and I enjoyed exploring it on long walks and bike rides. Breakfast was great, too. It’s a wonderfully renovated old building, with inviting places to sit and relax while taking in the historic surroundings. The host was lovely.
