I went for the first time this August with friends who already knew the place and wanted to show me its culinary discoveries. No disappointment at all, it was a really good experience. The ingredients were prepared with such care and passion, in ways I wouldn't have expected, and each dish brought a burst of flavor. Refined cooking, excellent wines, helpful advice, and smooth service, with presentations that made every bite tempting. Bravo, a real success!

The food was simply EXCELLENT, and the waiter helped us choose with good advice. We had a wonderful evening on the quiet patio. Go and try it, it's well worth it!

We broke up our drive home from vacation with a stop here, traveling as a family of five. The large room was spotless, well arranged, and had everything we needed. The owner was really friendly, and breakfast was generous. Don't hesitate to stop in, you won't be disappointed.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place during a business trip, especially since the organizers had chosen our accommodation. It has several rooms as well as a restaurant, yet the whole establishment is run by just a couple, who manage it with professionalism and passion. From the welcome and flexible scheduling to the upkeep and service, everything was handled with care. Even watching them prepare for a lunch reservation showed how much attention they put into making guests feel welcome. The restaurant serves seasonal, original food that's exceptionally good. The chef deserves huge congratulations for the dishes and their impeccable presentation, done entirely on her own. She even got us to enjoy ingredients we usually don't like, showing how well natural products can taste when prepared right. Our room was practical and tastefully decorated, with a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower in a cubicle. Between the hall and room there was a sort of patio where guests could relax anytime with tea or coffee. The machine and supplies were available day and night. I used it as an office too, thanks to the Wi-Fi and a repeater on the floor. There's a parking lot right across the street and shops nearby. The hotel alone makes me want to spend a few days in Rabastens, in this peaceful region, away from the bustle of the usual tourist spots.
