I wouldn’t come back. My room was old and dirty, with lots of hair from previous guests still on the bathroom floor. I arrived late at night and reported it straight away. They said it would be cleaned in the morning, but when I returned the next evening, the same hair was still there. The woman I spoke with was nice and apologetic, but a room this awful is hard to accept at $300 a night. It smelled of sewage or toilets, too, and I was glad I only had to stay a few nights. I also didn’t feel safe as a woman, with people coming and going all night and no front desk or anything like that. One of the worst places I’ve stayed. Don’t book unless you have no other option.

The gentleman on reception really went out of his way to make our stay as good as he could, and the service was amazing. We got an upgrade and an early check-in, and all our needs were taken care of. My partner and I stayed recently, and the location is great. We also had a lovely balcony for breakfast, with a great view from the room. Emily x

Ramatuelle itself is wonderful, and every restaurant we tried was a joy. We skipped the hotel restaurant because we wanted to explore the town and didn’t want to spend more time at the hotel than necessary. I’m glad we stayed in Ramatuelle, though I wish we’d picked a different hotel. We got there around 5PM, but no one was available to check us in. There was only a voicemail explaining how to get in and which room was ours. We never saw or spoke to staff during our stay. That wasn’t necessarily bad, just odd. The room roughly matched its photos, but the bathroom looked nothing like the preview pictures and was unfinished, with no floor tiles. There was no AC. We could open the two balcony doors to get a cross-breeze, and one balcony had a beautiful view of the town and coast. Without that room, or the other room with a balcony facing down, I’d have rated it much lower. If you don’t get a room overlooking the town, it’s not worth staying here unless you’re trying to save money.

The breakfast terrace is really pleasant, and the staff were especially friendly. The hotel is simple, and the bathrooms could use some renovation, but everything felt clean, comfortable, and well cared for. We did hear too much hallway noise in the rooms. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.
