A lovely continental breakfast, homemade in the French style, even the yoghurt was made by the family. The place is a comfortable, peaceful house over 100 years old, set among grape fields. It’s family-run, everyone was friendly and caring, and they speak English.

They make the butter and yoghurt on site, and the homemade continental-style breakfast was really nice. Everyone was friendly, and they speak English if you don’t speak French.

The host made us feel very welcome. Our room was spacious and pleasant, with a comfortable bed, and breakfast was generous with seasonal produce. It’s a peaceful, authentic place, and I highly recommend it.

We had an excellent meal in a peaceful setting among the Charente vineyards, and the welcome was warm 👍

The rooms stayed cool even in the high temperatures, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and dinner is well worth trying since the host makes everything herself. We were delighted with our stay at this peaceful spot in the vineyards. Thank you.
