The kids had a great time, and so did we. It's a lovely family campsite for children up to 16, with a nice pool, a football pitch and more. We also enjoyed the site and the surrounding area. A couple of things could be better: the takeaway wasn't very good, and you could smell what seemed to be old frying fat for the fries from quite far away. The hot water in our caravan was unreliable too, sometimes hot and sometimes not.

The Drôme area of France is beautiful, and the campsite has plenty to keep kids aged 6 to 14 happy. They make friends easily here. Staff work hard and are friendly, the toilets are clean, and the food is good. There's football, swimming, walks and live music, plus Formula 1 and football on TV. A great place for a holiday, no need to look further.

The park and the area around it are lovely, with both large and small shops nearby. I got such a warm welcome even before arriving, and apparently I was the first Australian to stay at Couriou. Once there, the staff were kind, friendly and incredibly helpful. I'm glad I chose to stay, and if you're in the area or just passing through, I'd definitely recommend Couriou. You won't regret it! :)

There's lots to do nearby, from hiking, cycling and canoeing to visiting the cosy little villages. We stayed with our two young kids and had a great time. The campsite has lovely views of the surrounding area, and the pool was a hit with the children, with multiple slides. The restaurant area was lively, with a nice bar, good food at a fair price and plenty of activities.

We ate pizza on the veranda, looking out over the pools and the surrounding area. The menu was a little limited, but the swimming pools were very good, with slides between them. It's a rural site, and the staff were friendly enough.
