Les Ecureuils

The river's an easy walk from the campsite. We had a great time here last year, and the kids loved playing with all the other children.

We picked this place because we were trying to keep costs down, and were pleased to find a small rental made for a couple. We chose the little squirrel cabin, which was thoughtfully arranged and had everything we needed. The welcome was warm, and the young man at reception was friendly and helpful, giving us directions a few times. The grounds were clean, tidy and very well cared for. A distinctive spot for a relaxing break. Thank you!

Recoubeau is a quiet village, and Die is only a 15-minute drive away. The trees and valley meant the campsite often felt cooler than Die or the mountains, which was pleasant during our stay. It's a spacious place for tents and campers, with a decent spot to park for everyone. Our pitch was shady, and the sanitary facilities were clean, though the push-button access was a bit of a nuisance. The site wasn't crowded, and most people turned in early. It was quiet by 10:30 pm. A good base for visiting wineries or hiking in the mountains. We had a positive stay.

We'll remember this place for next time. Laurie welcomed us so warmly, and the wooded grounds were kept in great shape. The sanitary facilities were very clean, and the showers were spacious with plenty of hot water. Thanks to the municipality of Reboucau for providing the kind of campsite we like. Thank you! Cris
