The six-course Escapade menu took us on a real sensory escape, with every dish a refined discovery and perfectly done. At La Table du Haut Jardin, this was the highlight of our culinary stay in Rehaupal. The father and son chefs make a passionate, well-matched team. Service was impeccable, and the sommelier gave us outstanding recommendations. The kefir on arrival was refreshing, the Crémant d’Alsace delicate, and the wines simply exceptional. Bravo!
