Breakfast had everything I wanted, and the bed was comfortable with a decent shower. I only stopped here while heading south, and it was my first time at a B&B hotel. Past budget stays had left me with low expectations, but the helpful staff even moved me from a room facing the car park. I’m sold on B&B now and will look at their hotels when I need a budget option.

We’ve stayed here four times now, and I’m sure we’ll come back when we travel through France next year. The rooms are modern and lovely and clean, and check-in and checkout are easy. It’s handy for the motorway without being noisy. There are lots of dinner choices in the shopping area next door, and I’d recommend the Chinese buffet. After a comfortable night, the Channel Tunnel is about 2.5 hrs away, an easy drive in the morning.

The bathroom doors not having locks was a bit of a letdown, but otherwise it was a very nice stay. The rooms were clean and pleasant, the staff were nice, and breakfast was great. The juice was especially lovely. Thanks for having us!

They welcome pets, which is always a plus for us. Our room was clean, the staff were kind, and check-in and checkout were easy.

It’s in a convenient spot by the motorway, but the room needed a proper clean. The mattress protector was grim and the shower gel holder was broken. The staff seemed pretty nonchalant, too. I know it’s a budget hotel mainly used for stopovers, but I’ve stayed at other B&Bs of this age that were in better shape. Guests were also hanging out of the windows smoking and vaping, here’s looking at you, room 210! More attention to detail and a good clean are needed.
