I really enjoyed the chance to meet students from all over and make friends. We often ate together or had parties in the common room. The studios are modern, and the online photos match what you find there. Each has its own bathroom and kitchen; the laundry room and gym are shared and open 24/7. The residence is in a quiet part of Clermont-Ferrand’s city centre, with shops, bars, restaurants, and public transport only a few minutes away on foot. Justine was managing the residence while I stayed. She was lovely and available whenever I had a question or problem, and helped with utility contracts too. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The best residence in Clermont-Ferrand, highly recommended!

The location was a big plus, just three minutes on foot from the city centre and close to shops, grocery stores, and other services. There’s a small but useful gym and a study hall where you can also watch Netflix with friends at night. I spent a year at this student residence, including the COVID-19 lock-down, and the staff’s care stood out. The person in charge was always professional and helpful. As a non-French speaker, I struggled with the language at first, but she helped me with all my bureaucratic procedures, so I’d recommend it to international students. The residence was kept clean and regularly disinfected during the pandemic. I’d definitely recommend staying here, especially if you’re an international student like me.
