Four Points by Sheraton Reims Cathédrale

We stopped for one night on a longer road trip and were impressed by how clean and well maintained everything was. After a long drive, the reception team were exactly what we needed, exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and well stocked, with good gluten-free choices, which mattered to us. Even with a serious heat wave outside, over 34°C, the room stayed cool and comfortable all night. We also enjoyed cooling off in the pool after sightseeing. Parking was easy and very affordable: we found a street spot right outside for around €5, a real bonus in the city centre. We wouldn't hesitate to come back to Reims.

The hotel was better than we expected, and we had a very comfortable, enjoyable stay. Since it's new, everything still feels pristine. Our room was spacious and very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was plenty to do, including a bar, pool table and foosball, plus a nice pool and outdoor area. It's a short walk into town but set somewhere peaceful, and I slept so well. I'd highly recommend it.

Renovated in early 2026, the hotel has a superb indoor pool and gym. It's very close to the city centre. Ideal!

Amélie made us feel very welcome, and her professionalism and warmth really stood out compared with chain hotels. The hotel has been completely renovated, and we had a fantastic stay.
