Hotel Kyriad Reims Est Parc des Expositions

The beds were comfortable, and the heating and hot water worked. Reception is open around the clock, and there's free parking outside. The receptionist was very friendly. Everything was great.

The parking was spacious and easy to access, and the receptionist was friendly, capable, and spoke English. Each room opened directly to the outside, beside large trees and flowers. We had two triple rooms for two couples. They weren't big, but had everything we needed for a short stay: cups, coffee, tea, milk, sugar, a notepad and pen, plenty of towels, shampoo, shower gel, soap, and a TV. The bathroom had no window but was bright white, with a large mirror; there was another big mirror in the room. Getting up the stairs to the third bed was amusing. A great place, everything was perfect!

We came with the kids for one night's rest on the drive home, and the room had hot drinks and personal hygiene items for the shower. There is parking, but it's outside and not secured. The one downside was the heat in summer, with no air conditioning in the room. Apart from that, no complaints.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Dogs are allowed for an extra 5€ per night. The rooms and bathrooms are tiny, with barely any space to walk around, and rooms facing the road get traffic noise. Breakfast is very basic, so I'd skip it and go to a bakery or cafe instead.
