Loveroom Reims

The owners were straightforward and very friendly to communicate with. The place is large, modern, and generally clean, with thoughtful touches like orange juice and milk in the fridge. We had a very pleasant stay at My Spa in Reims, though there were some signs of wear. The steam shower floor was damaged, so we didn't use it, and the whirlpool jets could do with a clean. Noise from the tram and neighbors took a little away from the relaxing atmosphere. It's about a 30-minute walk to the city center, and there are only a few parking spaces nearby.

We spent a night in the loft on Rue des Colombiers. At first it seemed good, but our enthusiasm faded quickly. There are no windows, only two very dirty fireplaces, and the one in the kitchen doesn't work. The jacuzzi wasn't working properly either. The back jets and the light were out, and the headrests were loose. Even with the owner's instructions, the hammam was very difficult to operate. For the rental price, the loft should have been spotless, but the walls had quite a few signs of damp. It was very expensive for what was offered.

The cathedral loft was beautiful, and the location made it easy to reach all the useful shops nearby. We booked at the last minute, but everything went smoothly. The place is subtly decorated with a chic feel and has everything you need to stay independently. The spa is magical, and we had two lovely, unhurried days. The owner was available whenever we had a question. We’ll definitely be back, and highly recommend MYLOFTSPA for its price, services, and location.

The cleanliness was impeccable, and everything is set up perfectly for relaxing. We tried the loft on Rue des Colombiers first, then the Cathedral loft. Both are beautiful and well equipped.
