Nothing fancy, but the small studio was clean, comfortable, and perfectly adequate. It has parking and even a TV, and it’s good value. We’d stay again if it’s available.

I moved into apartment B108 on September 15, 2025, and left on February 20, 2026, after about five months. I was on a work-study program and only stayed there two weeks each month. At check-in, I noticed two scratches on the table, but they seemed so minor that I didn’t think it was worth making a fuss. I remember telling the building manager I’d email if I found any problems. The inventory listed the table but didn’t mention the scratches, which caused trouble later. When I handed over the keys, the woman implied the apartment was in good condition. I tried to explain that the two scratches near the corner by the window were already there when I arrived, but she wouldn’t listen. She kept €315 from my deposit and said I should have sent an email. I hadn’t, but I feel this was deliberate. They’re such small scratches that you might not think to report them. The staff seem to do everything they can to keep your deposit, never admit mistakes, and make things very difficult for tenants. Renting the apartment left me in a difficult financial position, and as a student on a work-study program, this has affected me a lot. My placement is in another city, while my school is in Reims. I wouldn’t have chosen this residence if I’d read the online reviews first. I’m asking Neoresid to take tenants’ reviews into account and improve transparency and respect for future tenants. If I could give zero stars, I would. This was a terrible experience, and I strongly advise people to avoid the residence. I want to warn anyone considering it, because I don’t want someone else to go through the same thing. Article D111-16 of the Consumer Code says online reviews are “the expression of a consumer's opinion on their consumption experience.” I have the right to share my personal opinion. As Warren Buffett reminds us, “It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it.” And as Mark Twain said, “It is easier to fool people than to convince them they have been fooled.” That’s how I felt about Neoresid Reims. To be clear, don’t move into apartment B108 at Neoresid Reims. You could lose money, end up in financial difficulty, and have a frustrating experience. Look for somewhere that treats tenants with genuine transparency and respect. If you rent from this company, be extremely careful with the inventory. Check everything, take photos, and email them whenever you notice anything unusual. If you don’t do that when you get the keys, it could work against you.

Very disappointed. When I arrived, a group of people with a badly parked car had the engine vibrating. The welcome was warm, but I practically had to apologize just to get around them. There was no light to reach building C, especially difficult in the rain. The shower was cramped, there wasn’t enough shower gel, and the bed was uncomfortable. I woke up with aches.
