The location is between the station and the city center. I stayed in a studio, and the rooms were okay, though the bathroom was very old and needs renovating. Breakfast service and check-in and check-out were fine.

We picked this hotel for the parking and location on our way back from southern France to the UK, and knew from the start that it was a budget place. The rooms are worn and need a makeover. The bathroom was very old, with a cracked sink, chipped enamel on the bath, and a shower screen that sent more water outside the bath than into it. There wasn’t enough hot water for a bath, either. At €10 per person, breakfast felt a bit cheeky for what was offered. What really made the stay unpleasant was the attitude of a female receptionist. She made us feel like customers were an inconvenience, and I found it disgusting. She needs a reminder of what her job is.

The service was awful, with reception closed most of the time. When our key card stopped working, we had to use the emergency phone and sort it out remotely. The rooms are spacious but basic, and the bathrooms were poor: the WC had no wash basin, and the shower water flow was very weak. This is a very average budget apartment hotel in Reims. It’s quite far from the main tourist area, though the station is only a five-minute walk away. There are hardly any good places to eat nearby. Reims is generally budget friendly, so I’m sure you can find much better places at a similar price.

The room was only 65 EUR a night and came with a huge bathroom and a large kitchen equipped with a stove, fridge, boiler, filter coffee machine, glasses, cutlery, and plates. The heating worked well, including in the bathroom, and the toiletries were clean. The toilet was in the bathroom, which I don’t mind. Staff were kind and helpful, and check-in was quick. The location is residential and modern, quiet at night, and five minutes from the train station. It’s far enough away that you feel like you’re in town without being bothered by trains. Compared with my earlier review in 2021, I found the sound insulation much better this time, even though my room was on a lower floor. I can only recommend this place.
