The apartment was recently refurbished, clean, and quiet. Highly recommend.

I appreciated that the accommodation was pleasant and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The online check-in caused problems, though. I tried the provided link several times, but it seemed not to register, so I didn't receive the access codes in advance, except for the building keypad code. When I arrived, I made several calls and spent a long time on voicemail before reaching someone around midday who could help. I was left waiting outside in the summer heat, and it took up a lot of my time. That really took away from the stay.

I never even got into the apartment, yet they still refused to refund me. The website gave me trouble and required ID verification, a new requirement on rental sites, but I contacted customer service to deal with it. They were unpleasant and seemed not to understand the problem. I had to repeat the same steps over and over, and they hung up twice, which I have proof of. I asked for a refund and sent the request, but the establishment says it never received it. No one replies, though they clearly see the messages. Customer service was incompetent or simply nonexistent. I'm sharing the evidence, along with examples from others in the same situation, where the establishment refuses to listen or refund people. Wake up and refund me.

The area was quiet and the location was good. It seemed clean, although there were a few stains on the duvet. Fine for a night or two.
