There are a few things I'd change: add a PRM ramp at the entrance for people and luggage, have more than one person at reception so clients aren't left waiting, and lower the parking price, which felt a bit high for Rennes. Still, it's a great hotel and I'd stay again. The location is great, breakfast is good, and there's a space for kids to play and relax. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The room was good enough and better than most hotels at the same price. Staff were very good, the decor and cleanliness were good, and it was good value. The bed and duvet were excellent. My room, number 310, was right above the bar, but it was okay. They close at midnight and don't open every night, so I didn't have a noise problem this time, though other reviewers have mentioned it. Public transport is very easy to get to, with Replique station three minutes away on foot for metro and buses. The heating was strong and warmed up quickly, and there is separate air conditioning for cooling, which I didn't use. The curtain let in sunlight, so it woke me up. The washbasin was clogged.

The bathroom door handle came right off. If you're traveling alone and leave your phone behind when you go in, that could turn into a disaster.

Just a single night here. The room was roomy, clean and pleasant, and the location worked well. Reception was friendly.

The staff were welcoming, and we could leave our bags after checkout so we had time to see the city before our next train. There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby, and the station is an easy 20-minute walk away. Our twin room was comfortable, with a good shower and very good facilities. The shared areas were clean and comfortable too. We’d happily come back.
